Privacy Policy - Revamply
This Privacy Policy explains how Revamply ("the App") handles information. Revamply is a renovation materials calculator: you draw rooms, choose works, and the App calculates materials, costs, shopping lists, and estimates.
- Everything you enter stays on your device, and in your own iCloud account if you turn on iCloud sync. The developer has no servers that receive it.
- No account and no sign-up.
- No analytics, no tracking, and no ads.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. The developer never sees your payment details.
- Nothing leaves the App unless you share it yourself or turn on iCloud sync.
Information You Add
The App saves the following only on your device, in the App's private storage:
- Projects and rooms: names, room plans and dimensions, selected works, status, tax rate, and notes.
- Client details you choose to enter for a project, such as a client name, phone number, and address.
- Your material prices, store names, and labor rates.
- Your company details for estimates (name, phone, email, website, address) and, if you add one, your company logo.
- Preferences such as units, currency, default tax, the next estimate number, and how you use the App.
The developer does not collect any of this. The App has no account system and does not send your data to any server run by the developer. If device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer) are turned on, your device may include the App's data in those backups. Backups are managed by Apple and by you.
iCloud Sync
iCloud sync is part of Revamply Pro and is off until you turn it on in Settings. When it is on, your projects, rooms, material prices, and labor rates are stored in the private database of your own iCloud account through Apple CloudKit, so they stay up to date on your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Company details and the company logo are not synced and stay on each device.
Your private iCloud database is accessible only to you. The developer cannot see, read, or export its contents. Apple stores and protects this data under the Apple Privacy Policy. If you turn sync off, the App stops syncing and keeps a copy of your data on the device. Data already in iCloud stays there until you delete it.
Photos
The App accesses a photo only when you choose a company logo. It uses the system photo picker, so it does not ask for access to your photo library and can only see the single image you pick. The image is resized, saved on your device, and used only on your PDF estimates. You can remove it at any time in Settings. The App does not use the camera.
Sharing
You can share a PDF estimate, a shopping list, or a quick calculation. Sharing always starts with you tapping Share and uses the standard iOS share sheet, where you choose the destination (for example Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files). A PDF estimate contains what you put in it, such as your company details, the client's details, the project, and prices. Once shared, the content is handled by the app or person you sent it to. To create a PDF, the App writes a temporary file on your device, which the system can clear at any time.
Purchases
Revamply Pro is sold through the App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes the payment using your Apple Account. The App uses Apple StoreKit to show prices, make purchases, and check whether Pro is active on your device. The developer never receives your name, email address, or payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code and no third-party SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not show ads. Apple may provide the developer with sales reports and, only if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, aggregated usage and crash statistics that do not identify you.

The Terms and Privacy links in the App open in your web browser. Websites you visit that way have their own privacy practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data is stored only on your device and, if you use iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account, you are in full control of it. You can edit or delete projects, prices, rates, company details, and the logo inside the App. With iCloud sync on, deleting something in the App also deletes it on your other devices and in iCloud. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device, but not from backups you have made or from iCloud. You can remove the App's iCloud data in your device's iCloud storage settings. Since the developer does not hold your personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
Children's Privacy
Revamply is a general-audience tool for home renovation and is not directed to children. The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If the way the App handles information changes, this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated before the change takes effect. If a change means data would leave your device or your iCloud account in a new way, it will be stated clearly here and in the App's update notes.
