These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Calendar Workdays ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, bypass subscription controls, or interfere with normal app operation.
Functionality and Availability
Calendar Workdays provides scheduling, shift tracking, and related calendar features. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Payments are processed by Apple, and subscription state may be managed through RevenueCat. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Nikita Nesporov and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying schedules and planning decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikita Nesporov shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
